What is a Trolldom Mindroom?

A Mindroom is an internal energetic space within us through which we can perceive and adjust the world around us. This technology comes to us from traditional Swedish Trolldom practice.

In a mindroom, we can suss out the energetics of a situation. We can learn more about the map of an energetic terrain. We can adjust them to our comfort.

Uses for Mindrooms

What we are discovering about mind-rooms is ever expanding. Mindrooms are fantastic for containment and for setting and managing conditions, such as for a group or an event. They are great for figuring out what’s going on in a place, or with a situation. I use them all the time in divination and diagnostics in my energy healing practice.

A short list of ideas for how you can use a mindroom

• assessment and diagnostic for an energetic situation

• containment of undesirable energies, psychic protection

• manifestation: bringing ideas into form in the middle world

• setting boundary conditions for our energetic containers in which we operate

• a mindroom is an excellent means to craft an energetic container for doing remote constellations, or 'constellations of the mind'

Where do they come from?

Mindroom technology comes to us through the living folk magic traditions of Trolldom in Northern Europe. I learned about them from two of my teachers, Betsy Bergstrom and Johannes Gårdbäck. I’ve been working with mind-rooms since early 2021, and have been using them for a variety of purposes to great effect.
