What is a Trolldom Mind-Room?

A Mind-Room is an internal energetic space within us that we can perceive and adjust. Mind-rooms can be used for assessment, containment, manifestation, and setting the conditions around us.

In a mind-room we can suss out the energetics of a situation. We can learn more about the map of an energetic terrain. We can adjust them to our comfort.

The uses for mind-rooms are endless!

Where do they come from?

Mind-room technology comes to us through the living folk magic traditions of Trolldom in Northern Europe I learned about them from my teachers, Betsy Bergstrom and Johannes Gårdbäck. I’ve been working with mind-rooms since early 2021, and have been using them for a variety of purposes to great effect.

Uses

What we are discovering about mind-rooms is ever expanding. Mind-rooms are fantastic for containment and for setting and managing conditions, such as for a group or an event. They are great for figuring out what’s going on in a place, or with a situation. I use them all the time in divination and diagnostics in my energy healing practice.
